Abba Father – Ascension Or Something Else?

On July 6, 2008 Doris opened communication with the Abba Father by just asking if there was a message. The following was received:
Realize in you a right way. Hidden on you is facts. Great importance to all mankind on Earth. So live clear. Stay open. Love all. Vision quest is stronger now so open up your mind. Keep structured on all you prepare. Give love a big chance to develop.
Relive inside your heart not your mind. Don’t focus on self. No one can become perfect on their own. So proceed every day like a new one. Don’t look back; look forward. These things are not understood by most humans. Structures that you are feel nothing but living. Every cell thinks differently. This light is not a (distraction?). This being is you. Hidden . . .
Question: Define distractions.
Ans.: Very important words on this. Stay hopeful, not negative. Force all around to do the same. No one can hold a being of light with negative thoughts. The light hides from them and takes a long time to get back to the light source. You can overcome negative thought and put light in. But most beings are not aware of this way. Minds are asleep.
Question: What about the ascension?
Ans: Very wise way during this time in this dimension. It is hard to convince humans about opening up their mind (to a) source of light. (This) family will ascend in this lifetime. A strong (Archangel) Gabriel will be there for instruction to help all real open minds to ascend to the light source. Mankind can only hold on to a light source so long and it cannot free everyone, so your human condition needs help.
Wayward ones who open up too late will not be going but your human love can urge them to see. Try to not give up on anyone. Freedom is there for all. Light is there for all. Justice is there also but not what you think. All justice is fake, not real. Kindness rules over this. Very mindful way. No one can escape love but they still want to.
Question: Ascended and not ascended?
Ans: Triangle of light comes in, puts a light source inside them which cannot be removed. Then you are placed back on Earth. Others will remain the same but will not contain the same way. They will mock you and will not understand why you are so changed.
Question: Will the planet ascent?
Ans: Yes. Darkness remains here. It changes in a way you cannot comprehend now. But (you) will understand soon. All happens together. Not death.
Question: How do we prepare?
Ans: Change your resonance to a higher frequency. Then open up all mind, heart frequencies to match others who are light ones. Structures will fall. Resonance you know now will change. No man on Earth can stop this process; forced to fall down. Look up but because of ascension they cannot see your being taken up. So no one sees the way you go. This lasts for about three hours. Then opened gate is closed. Mankind will no longer hide. All truth will not become hidden. All will become gone inside; forced to live forever without light.
Twins were put on Earth. One was good and the other was not right. The good one helped the other one; no matter what this one did but light was what structured being needed to exist. But (the) other wanted dark. So dark is what your structure on Earth received. We don’t all have the light. But with one intention we can change that.
